Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, stylish interior, and ample space for families or groups of friends. The house is designed to provide perfect relaxation, whether after a day on the slopes or after hiking trips. The property also includes a children’s playground where the youngest guests can have fun while the adults relax or enjoy the comfort of the apartments.
For true relaxation after a long day, guests can enjoy a private sauna located in the lower right section of the house, next to apartment number 2. The sauna is accessible only by reservation, which can be made through the Alfréd app at least 24 hours in advance. The price is 750 CZK per hour, and the sauna is always reserved exclusively for the group of guests who booked it. This means you can enjoy complete privacy and tranquility. Towels and sheets are provided, and payment is made online via the Alfréd app. The sauna is the perfect place for recovery after sports activities or a cold day in the mountains.
Families with children will appreciate the children’s playground located right on the grounds of the apartment house. The playground is situated near the entrance to apartments 3 and 4 and includes a sandbox, two swings, and a slide. It provides great fun for the kids while the parents can relax nearby. The safety of the children is, of course, the responsibility of the parents, but the place is designed with families in mind, offering a safe space for play.
For winter sports enthusiasts and summer cyclists, there is a well-equipped ski and bike storage room located at the bottom of the house, next to apartment number 2 and the sauna. The storage room is equipped with practical holders for skis and bikes, boot dryers, and chargers for electric bikes. Each apartment has access to a key for the storage room, which is part of the apartment key set. This facility ensures that your sports equipment is always ready and safely stored.
Guests can use the parking spaces directly in front of the apartment house. Each apartment is allocated one parking space on the paved area in front of the building. The parking is not marked with lines or signs, which provides more flexibility for the guests. It’s important to park considerately towards other guests so that everyone has enough space. With easy parking, you will have access to your vehicle at any time during your stay, ensuring a convenient and worry-free arrival and departure.
