This personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the „Policy“) was created in accordance with the GDPR regulation (hereinafter referred to as the „GDPR“) and sets out how we process and protect your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/ 679 of April 27, 2016 (general regulation on personal data protection) and other legal regulations.


What personal data do we process?

The Administrator processes data obtained from the entity that provides it to us, as well as data obtained from third parties – online portals that are authorized to share the subject data with the Administrator.


The administrator processes the provided data only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contracts or legal obligations as defined below.


The information that the Administrator obtains from you primarily belongs to the so-called mandatory information provided on the basis of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic, as amended, and Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees , as amended.


These are name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, telephone number, e-mail address, address of permanent residence and date of birth, ID or travel document number, citizenship, visa number and purpose of stay.


By providing an e-mail address, the accommodated person voluntarily grants the Administrator consent to the processing of this personal data for the purpose of sending commercial or marketing offers and communications. He can revoke this consent at any time.


Who do we share your data with?

The controller processes personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees.


Third parties as processors of personal data are always bound by confidentiality agreements: operators of reservation systems, accounting companies, suppliers of SW solutions, travel agencies, payment service providers. Competent authorities for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations and in the case of law enforcement, if required by law or necessary for the prevention, detection and prosecution of crimes and fraud.


We may also further disclose personal information to relevant authorities to protect and defend our rights and property or the rights and property of our business partners.


Rights of data subjects

The subject has the right of access to his personal data processed by the Administrator, the right to their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and the right to object to the processing. Furthermore, the entity has the right to withdraw its consent to the processing of personal data, if the data is processed by the controller on the basis of this consent.


Furthermore, the Subject has the right to obtain from the Administrator personal data relating to the subject and which the subject has provided to the Administrator. Based on the subject’s request, the administrator will provide the data to the subject without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at the subject’s request, will provide it to another clearly designated administrator.


If the data subject believes that unauthorized processing of his personal data is taking place, he can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
