Apartment No. 2 – 82 m² (ground floor right)
Apartment No. 2 suits a family or two couples who like everything close at hand. The sauna is literally next door, so after a day on the slopes or out on a trip you just step into the warmth, then light the fire and sit down to dinner together. Two bedrooms mean a good night’s sleep, and thanks to the second, separate WC nobody has to fight over the bathroom in the morning.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe; the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The living room with a fireplace opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table for six. Bathroom with toilet, plus a separate WC.
Sleeps 4 + 2 on the sofa bed. Parking for 1 car right in front of the house. Outdoor seating with a table, benches and a grill on the paved area in front of the house. The sauna is right next door.
In every apartment
- underfloor heating, fireplace with firewood and firelighters ready for your whole stay (if you run out, just call us)
- kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, pots, pans and baking trays
- included: coffee beans, tea, oil, basic spices, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets
- washer-dryer, laundry pods, drying rack
- beds made up and towels provided, hairdryer and heated towel rail in the bathroom

- sauna booked just for you – CZK 750 per hour or CZK 1,200 for 2 hours, book and pay at least 24 hours in advance in the Alfréd app; sauna sheets for each guest
- ski and bike room with heated ski boot dryers and e-bike chargers; every guest gets a key
- children's playground with a slide and two swings
- parking on the property right in front of the house
- Černý Důl ski resort a 4-minute drive away

Good to know:
- You always get the lowest price when booking directly on our website.
- 10% discount on the accommodation price for stays of 6 nights or more; not for nights over Christmas/New Year and the spring school holidays.
- The price of each night depends on the season it falls in; the minimum stay depends on the arrival date.
- Book no later than 2 days before arrival.
- Children up to and including 4 years are not counted.
- The price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy. The tourist tax of CZK 30 per person aged 18+ per night is paid online together with the price of the stay.
- Payment: 50% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before arrival. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, the full price is paid on booking.
- Dates can be changed once free of charge at least 30 days before arrival, subject to availability; the new stay must begin within 12 months of the original arrival date; if cheaper, the original price applies.
- Cancellation charge (of the accommodation price): at least 60 days before arrival free of charge, 59–30 days 50%, later 100%. For arrivals 22 Dec – 1 Jan: at least 30 days 50%, later 100%.
- Non-refundable rate: 10% cheaper when booking on our website; the full amount is paid on booking and is not refunded on cancellation.
- Private sauna for guests of all apartments CZK 750 per hour or CZK 1,200 for 2 hours, book and pay via the Alfréd app 24 hours in advance. Extra services are paid online; nothing is paid on site.
