Apartment No. 1 – 103 m² (ground floor left)
Apartment No. 1 has room for a big family or a group of friends. The dining table for eight is made for long dinners together, cooked in the fully equipped kitchen while the fire crackles in the fireplace. Three bedrooms give everyone a little privacy, and the spacious living room brings you back together – over the board games you will find in the apartment, or a film on the smart TV, where you can sign in to your own Netflix.
Our largest apartment and the only one with three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe; the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The living room with a fireplace opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table for eight. Bathroom with toilet.
Sleeps 6 + 2 on the sofa bed. Parking for 2 cars right in front of the house. Outdoor seating with a table, benches and a grill on the paved area in front of the house.
In every apartment
- underfloor heating, fireplace with firewood and firelighters ready for your whole stay (if you run out, just call us)
- kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, pots, pans and baking trays
- included: coffee beans, tea, oil, basic spices, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets
- washer-dryer, laundry pods, drying rack
- beds made up and towels provided, hairdryer and heated towel rail in the bathroom
- TV in the living room and in most bedrooms, Wi-Fi throughout the house
- vacuum cleaner, mop and cloth for light cleaning during your stay
- for children: bathroom step stool and potty; travel cot with bedding and high chair on request when booking (we have two cots and two high chairs in the house)
For all guests of the house
- sauna booked just for you – CZK 750 per hour, book and pay at least 24 hours in advance in the Alfréd app; sauna sheets for each guest
- ski and bike room with heated ski boot dryers and e-bike chargers; every guest gets a key
- children's playground with a slide and two swings
- parking on the property right in front of the house
- Černý Důl ski resort a 4-minute drive away

Good to know:
- You always get the lowest price when booking directly on our website.
- 10% discount on the accommodation price for stays of 6 nights or more; not for nights over Christmas/New Year and the spring school holidays.
- The price of each night depends on the season it falls in; the minimum stay depends on the arrival date.
- Book no later than 2 days before arrival.
- Children up to and including 4 years are not counted.
- The price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy. The tourist tax of CZK 30 per person aged 18+ per night is paid online together with the price of the stay.
- Payment: 50% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before arrival. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, the full price is paid on booking.
- Dates can be changed once free of charge at least 30 days before arrival, subject to availability; the new stay must begin within 12 months of the original arrival date; if cheaper, the original price applies.
- Cancellation charge (of the accommodation price): at least 30 days before arrival 50%, later 100%.
- Private sauna for guests of all apartments CZK 750 per hour, book and pay via the Alfréd app 24 hours in advance. Extra services are paid online; nothing is paid on site.
