Accommodation rules
- Apartmány Čistá will provide accommodation to a guest who shows a valid identity document.
- Apartmány Čistá can, in cases of necessity, offer the guest accommodation other than the one agreed, if it does not differ substantially from the confirmed order.
- Unless otherwise confirmed, a room is reserved for each guest on the day of scheduled arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Any late arrival must be announced in advance.
- On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.. If the customer wishes to extend the check-out, he will be charged a fee of CZK 1 000 for each additional hour. An extension is only possible if there are no other guests arriving in the given apartment on the day of departure.
- If the guest requests an extension of the reservation during his stay, he may be offered a different apartment than the one in which he was originally accommodated.
- The guest has the right to use the facilities of the apartment and the services of Apartmány Čistá.
- He is responsible for the damage he causes to the property of the hotel in accordance with applicable regulations. The guest is obliged to immediately report any damage caused by the guest to the accommodation provider, even if the damage was caused by their child.
- The guest can use the private parking lot, with the understanding that it is not guarded and Apartmány Čistá is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the guest’s vehicle.
- Apartmány Čistá is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the room.
- In the apartments, you can only use your own electrical appliances that are used for personal hygiene (shavers). Laptops and mobile phones can be recharged. The use of kettles, immersion cookers, direct heaters, etc. is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartments for safety reasons!
- After leaving the apartment, the guest is obliged to check that the lights are turned off, the water taps are turned off and the doors are locked.
- The guest can leave the apartments with his apartment key. If the hotel card is lost, the hotel charges a fee of CZK 900.
- The guest acknowledges that smoking and open fires are strictly prohibited in all interior spaces of the apartments for safety reasons. In the event of a violation of the smoking ban in the interior of the apartments, Apartmány Čistá reserves the right of the guest to terminate the stay prematurely without the right to a refund.
- From 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., the night is quiet, guests must adjust their behavior accordingly.
- It is not advisable to leave children under the age of 10 without adult supervision in apartments and other common areas.
- Storage of weapons, ammunition, dangerous substances is strictly prohibited in the apartments. It is forbidden to consume narcotic and psychotropic substances, poisons and medicines, except for those recommended by a doctor.
- The guest may not make changes in the accommodation premises without the consent of the accommodation provider (moving furniture, plastering walls, taking furniture out of the room, etc.)
- The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules, in the event of a gross violation of the rules, Apartmány Čistá has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the end of the agreed period.
- If the guest has any justified wishes or complaints during the stay, he can contact the relevant staff, who will make every effort to satisfy the guest’s wishes.
- For accommodation and other services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list upon arrival/departure, the bill is payable upon presentation, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cash, credit card or bank transfer.
- The guest must present the voucher upon arrival.
- For security reasons and to protect guests, a camera system is installed in the public areas of the apartments. Handling of these records is carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations for the protection of personality.
- By staying in the apartments, the guest confirms that he has familiarized himself with these accommodation regulations.
- Legal relationships as well as other matters not expressly regulated by these accommodation regulations are governed by the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and further by other internal regulations of the apartments.
